EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - NANTUCKET AIDS NETWORK
The Nantucket AIDS Network is seeking an Executive Director who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the organization which includes, but is not limited to, supervision of clinical and administrative staff as well as volunteers; supervision of client services; supervision of testing and counseling in three locations; administrative and financial aspects of the organization; overall responsibility for all fundraising and organizational planning; overseeing the supervision of the Peers Promoting Action and Awareness (PPAA) organization and other community educational and outreach programs. Specific duties may vary as determined by client-related or program needs and through direction from the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. This position reports directly to the President of the Board.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual and a visionary leader with a strong commitment to the organization and the Nantucket community, and experience in grant writing as well as management.
Preferred credentials include R.N., M.S.W. or Masters in Public Health Administration; but other credentials, combined with experience in HIV/AIDS service, will be considered.
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

MANAGER OF OPERATIONS & SPECIAL EVENTS
HIV/AIDS and HEP C services and outreach organization is seeking an individual to manage office operations. Specific areas of responsibility include administrative duties and facility management, donor database and correspondence, coordination of special events, and client services and outreach program support. The Manager of Operations & Special Events will report to the Executive Director and work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management, analytical skills, as well as computer experience (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Paradigm).
