NAN provides services and referrals for individuals and their families living with HIV/AIDS and Hepititus C.
- Case management and client support services - weekdays between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Individual and group support for clients and their loved ones
- Home-based life skill advocacy and nursing services
- Client centered referrals and coordination of medical, legal, hospice care, mental health, dental, social services and alternative therapies
- Transportation assistance for off-island medical and dental appointments
- Limited subsidized housing for eligible clients
- Volunteer support for companionship and assistance with daily tasks such as running errands, paying bills, shopping, budgeting, housecleaning and meal preparation
- Emergency financial assistance with medications and living expenses
- AIDS advocacy at the local and state level
